The only Clean Fuel Standard Program that include provisions for multi-unit dwellings, is British Columbia’s LCFS. The general requirements for eligible residential chargers are listed below:

- Supply and pay for the electricity of your charging stations (L2 or L3 Chargers)
- Electricity can be measured accurately (this is commonly referred to as "Networked" chargers)
- BC-LCFS: Must serve 5 or more dwelling units.
